Hari abantu bazi ko ibisusa (amababi y’uruyuzi rweraho ibihaza cyangwa imyungu) bitaribwa, nyamara bigira imboga nziza kandi zirimo intungamubiri kimwe n’izindi mboga rwatsi.

Imboga z’ibisusa zikungahaye kuri poroteyini. Ugereranyije poroteyini ziri  mu bisusa n’iziri muri epinari, usanga mu gisusa harimo nyinshi kurushaho kuko bigira 3,15 g % naho epinari hakabamo 2,3 g % by’izo umubiri ukenera.

Ni gute imboga z’ibisusa zitegurwa?

Gutegura imboga z’ibisusa biritonderwa cyane. Mu kuzisoroma, ureba ibisusa byoroshye mbese bitarakomera. Mu gihe izindi mboga zisanzwe ubanza kuzoza ubundi ugahita uzikata, iz’ibisusa zo urazoza zamara gucya neza, ukabanza kuzisusura (ukazishishuraho utugozi tuba turi ku mashami afashe amababi) hanyuma ukabona kugenda uzikatamo dutoduto kugira ngo zishye bitagoranye.

Imboga z’ibisusa zikase bagiye guteka

Kuziteka byo zitekwa kimwe n’izindi mboga zisanzwe. Ushobora kuzikaranga zonyine, ushobora no kuzitekana n’ibindi biribwa nk’ibirayi, igitoki cyanwa ibishyimbo.

Ibisusa ni imboga gakondo zo mu bihugu by’Afrika kuva kera, ariko no muri  Indoneziya na Maleziya usanga zikunzwe cyane. Ni inkuru dukesha “Conseil nutrition“.
