Menya akamaro k’urubuto “ Avoka “ rukungahaye kuri byinshi

Avoka ni isoko ya vitamini zirimo C, E, K, and B6, na riboflavin, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid, magnesium, na potassium. Yifitemo icyitwa lutein, beta carotene, na omega-3 fatty acids bikenewe mu mikorere y’umubiri wa muntu.
