Rwanda-Seychelles: Cooperation in correctional matters

The correctional services of Rwanda and Seychelles have just signed a cooperation agreement in the areas of staff training, research and other areas of correctional service.

The agreement was signed this Monday in Kigali between the Commissioner General of Rwanda’s Correctional Service, CG Evariste Murenzi, and the Director of the Seychelles Prison Service, Janet Georges, who is on a working visit to Rwanda.

Following the signing ceremony of this cooperation agreement, the two heads of correctional services held discussions that focused on areas of mutual interest for both institutions.
